Hey all I just wanted to share an odd thing that happened to me. With allergy season upon us in nyc I took benadryl last nite about an hour before I went to bed , and I have been having shadows since my last cycle back in dec 09 that lasted till may 2010 pretrty much everyday. I noticed that after the benadryl I had NO shadow? Just seem's so odd to me and I know that peeps have talked about benadryl on here.
Any input would be great

Not so odd. We have remarked before that in some instances antihistamines can help. They stopped working for me but for awhile I lived on sudafed. Hope you keep chasing the shadows away! Blessings. lance

Sounds like you may have found something that helps 8-)

Unfortunately It doesn't work for me, other than stopping my hay fever. I was actually taking Benadryl when my first ever episode started and this year it has made no difference to the constant shadows. Oh well more Red Bull ;)
