I joined a few months ago when my boyfriend and I started dating (he is the CH'er). Last night he finally promised me he would join this message board, and he did today! He is jmiller13 and posted in "Getting to Know Ya". Please help him feel welcome. I know you all will!

He's going to be so mad if he finds out I posted this! :-P

He's starting Batch's supplement regimen today! He picked up the pills last night. I'm really hoping he feels a difference with these because I don't want him to get discouraged again. I will keep you posted.

Is he taking any preventative meds or just relying on this anti-inflammatory regimen?

He's not taking any preventative meds, hasn't for a while. Couldn't find one that was effective and SAFE. He doesn't feel like it's worth it to pursue them right now. I would suggest emailing him personally to talk to him about that, because I don't know as much about his medicinal history.

Hey I'm a twenty CH sufferer in the middle of a nasty cycle. Got my first 10 pain scale of the cycle last night.
Nothing is working but want to try the shrooms.
Did they work for you
