I am looking for people in the Raleigh area who are also cluster-headache sufferers to talk to and get feedback on neurologists. I found an awesome one at Duke but they are now expensive and far. Any thoughts?

I'm near Winston-Salem and see Dr. Paul Martin. I consider him to be top notch.
