Title: Lithium Day 14
Post by Joshua on Aug 21st, 2012 at 8:16pm
@ 900mg (300 x 3)- still getting a hit each morning, and a less often but still frequent nightly hit.
.
Seeing some side effects from the lithium (weight gain, fatigue)
.
Is 1 to 2 headaches a day (definitely down from 4 to 5) considered "success"?  -- i also take 720 verap.

Nope. Total failure.

What do you think? Of course I'm being sarcastic.

Less pain = success in my book.

Understood, and agree.. I was curious if I should actually try to go up on the lithium and squash the 1 or 2 but take the side effects worsening, or worse, no change in headaches and still side effects.
.
Will probably discuss with neuro, but my gut is telling me to stay put.  Thank Brew!

I sure do.  I'm getting closer to that option.  I just fear the detox...i need to find a "good" time to do it.

If it was a drugs trial, that level of decrease, even if it was only down to 3 a day would be a success.

However what matters is is it enough for you. Obviously 0 a day would be ideal...
