Well, in the words of Spongebob, "It's Opposite Day". I used to get cycles in the spring and fall. Now I'm chronic, it seems (1 year on Dec 1) and have had my 2 remissions in the spring and fall. I just had my 2nd remission which ended last week, and I lived it up with some nice glasses of wine each night, even had a few LI Iced teas, and lots of shrimp.
I even had a wedding that fell right at the end of the remission. Though the lights from the DJ were obviously bothering me and the remission was ending.

I'll take whatever I can get at this point.

I hope some of you get some PF days.

Pain free time is a beautiful thing! I don't recall, have you tried the D-3 route? Been working miracles for me.

Thanks. Yes, on D and Centrum Silver. Avoiding everything I need to avoid (except during my little 10-day "party").
