Apparently I'm commonly guilty of it when logging in and I worry that I'm jeapordising the site.

How do I stop it, or will I get my water cut off?

Worried.

Without getting too technical... it has to do with IP addresses and browser cookies.

If you get the error, give it a few minutes and try again.

If you continue to get it and it becomes a problem for you to log in, definitely let me know.

Thanks Deej, and while I know nothing about browser cookies I cook beaut Anzac cookies.

I keep getting this a lot, What can I do to stop it?

ALERT!! Form Spoofing Detected coming from IP address: cpe-75-185-146-211.neo.res.rr.com - 75.185.146.211

Also I sign in, go to a post and I am not signed in, I have to refresh the page or sign in again. Any ideas?

Hi Bob,
It's to do with your internet provider having the same I.P.
address as you. It's nothing to worry about.
