My :question is. Did over indulging cause you to get CH's.

My CH's started when i was working in Scotland as a Sales
Rep. The Hotel i was staying had a full on social scene. Say
no more. But, thats when the [smiley=evil.gif] paid his first
visit.

Hi Jeannie,
I know of one other person whose CH's started when he
was 4yrs old.

I've had chronic CH since I was 19 or 20 (I'm 42 now). While I did a fair amount of over-indulging while in college, true to the small rural town tradition, I did a ton of partying in high school, definitely more than while in college. In summary, I don't think mine were due to over-indulging.

Turns out it was a good thing I did all of that drinking in high school, since I haven't been able to have a drop for 15 years because it's a sure-fire trigger now ;D

For personal reasons, I don't drink. Never had an over indulging phase. So I guess the message is, you probably didn't ruin your life with that phase.

I don't think they're related (at least for me). True I've always had stressful work (I.T. related) but my first occurence was was not post party. But to try and rule that out, as mine occur near Christmas, I eliminated all forms of alcohol the past year and still the beast returned. I wish the triggers were identifiable so we'd do anything to avoid those.

Hi Dan,
I kept a diary, and made a note of what triggered a CH.
For instance, Bacon was one, Pizza another, and so on.
