Title: ADHD, adderall + xanax + clusterheadaches

Has any one heard if adderall/ADHD or xanax is connected with cluster headaches? From my reading it seems that they might help with the severity, or stop it.

If you'd like to see a list of the most effective CH medications recommended by some of the world's top experts in the treatment of cluster headache and other trigeminal autonomic cephalalgias, check out the following link to the Standards of Care treatments for CH:

IMHO, adderall and xanax are two of the worst drugs you can take... for any condition...  You'll not find them among the recommended treatments for CH at the above link.

If you want to be a speed freak, take adderall...  If you want to be a zombie, take xanax...  Otherwise stick with vitamin D3 and the anti-inflammatory regimen... It's an effective preventative for 85% of the CH'ers who take it, 60% go CH pain free, it's very safe, costs around 35 cents a day and unlike adderall and xanax, it has no adverse side effects.

Take care,

V/R, Batch

Not to mention that xanax is highly addictive. Taken daily for as little as a week can result in dependency, and the neurological withdrawal can last weeks or months!
