I guess its once every year now:( no more o2 access, just d3, retired and live in the mountains, I was hoping it was gone forever, dam,all I got is 2 of those skinny 3ft o2 tanks and haven't a clue how to get o2 for them so I suffer for ??? who knows :-[

Some people use welding oxygen for aborting their CH.

any place that sells welding gases can fill them.

Welding gas suppliers will never fill a medical O2 tank.

I bought a transfill hose kit to fill my own small and mid sized medical O2 tanks from "the mother ship" welding tank.
I lease the "T" size welding tank for $50 per year and pay $28. per refill.

A standard 26" tall "E" sized medical O2 tank holds around 680 liters of O2.
A "T" size welding O2 tank holds well over 9,000 liters

Smaller tanks are available of course.

Initially, I was lost and confused, so I suffered needlessly - but it turned out to be super easy to get done! Simple steps to follow, that I put together many years ago:
