I don't know how the rest of you feel but once my attacks stop I gradually ease back into my old (normal) life and my visits to the sites lessen....then there comes the night when i waken with the burning sensation in the right side of my face at 2am that says the nightmare is beginning again.
I tell my family and friends that after 20 years of living with this and having absolutely no professional help that I am learning to deal with it myself so they dont worry about me but I am lying to them aswell as myself.. My doctor told me i am self diagnosing from the internet and this pain is due to stress...
I am going to try and get some sleep now..its a scary thought because I know what is coming !!!

Are you just seeing a GP? if so, it's always best to seek out a Headache Specialist to get the professional help needed when dealing with CH's.
