EBT must be regional acronym here on the west coast. Stands for Electronic Benefit Transfer. Refers to Food Stamps.

Nope... It's all over the US... We had EBT cards in Virginia as well. You could see the line forming outside liquor stores packed with finely dressed gents holding their EBT cards...

Obviously HRC supporters...

Funding for the EBT is hidden in the USDA budget.
