Title: Vitamin D Level
Post by Jackie A on Jul 27th, 2016 at 11:00am
I had my vitamin D checked back in late May and it was 30.  Supposedly the normal range is 30 to 100.  Does anyone know if that would still be considered deficient?

Thanks,

Jackie

Jackie,

If I remember correctly the aim to prevent your CH is about 80..so yes I would say you were deficient. Hopefully Batch will chime in and give you the loading factors so you can get started on all of the co-factors to subdue the Beast. If he doesn't (highly unlikely) then private message him and he will be more than happy to guide you.

Good luck,
Judy
;D

Thanks Judy!  I already started the regimen.  I figure that it's good to be taking the supplement anyway.

Jackie,

Judy is spot on, 80 ng/ml is your target. 30 is not the worst I've heard of, but you still need to get it up to 80.

Stick with Batch's loading doses and you"ll get there soon enough.

Best,

Peter.
