Just wanted to say hello. Been pf 4 years. Shadows last 3 weeks, and 4 hits so far. Bad one last night. Oxygen coming today. I had hoped maybe they were gone forever. Feeling alone in my world. Thankful to know I'm not really alone. Sorry you are all here too. 😥

Check out the D3 regimen. Not sure where it is, but it's working wonders for a LOT of us. Worth a try. If you can't find it - ask Batch. I swear by it (3 years PF and counting). :-*

Sorry Little Deb. Hoped we'd seen the last of you. (Other than the odd social call or something.)

Definitely look at the Vit D3 regimen. Well over 80% effective, and the only side-effects I've noticed is a better attitude and better health all around.

been there....just keep a tank of O 2 handy and a good Cluster mask ...always...at the ready...The shrooms really knocked mine out...butt every few years or so the fuckin beast tries to sneak back in....i race fer the O2 ...never gets passed Kip 3...HEAVEN.......i feel so grateful to this site...imagine ...NO CH past Kip3....ever.
