Apologies if my answer is elsewhere. I looked to no avail!

It's been a long time since I tried to log in. I selected "Forgot my Password" and got an email that let me in to the message board; along with a "change your password within 30 minutes" (or some such).

When I go to the User CP to access my profile, it wants my current password. Uh... Help?
