57 years, 20 years chronic. Last year injected 330 times. In 2017 allready 460 imitrex injections... cant stop the pain!
Hsd twice the shot to the nerv (lidocain& metaxazon)
Ilapress daily, prednison 140-120-100....

We know what you're going through and the good news is it doesn't need to be that way...

For starters, see your PCP for a lab test of your 25(OH)D.  This is the serum level metabolite of vitamin D3 that's used to measure its status.

It's a very safe bet you are vitamin D3 deficient and that deficiency is contributing to the frequency, severity and duration of your CH.

We've been conducting a survey of CHers like you taking the anti-inflammatory regimen with 10,000 IU/day vitamin D3 to prevent their CH since December of 2011.  215 CHers have taken part in this survey. The results of their baseline 25(OH)D lab tests before starting this regimen are illustrated in the normal distribution curve below.

Better than 83% of the 215 CHers who started this regimen and reported results in the online survey have experienced a significant reduction in the frequency, severity and duration of their CH in the first 30 days after start of regimen.  Nearly 60% report being CH pain free..

I suggest you download the latest version of the anti-inflammatory regimen CH preventative treatment protocol at the following link.  Be sure to share a copy with your PCP or neurologist when you go in for the 25(OH)D lab test.  That way you’re both singing from the same sheet music.   I posted this treatment protocol on 21 January, 2017.  As of the 14th of July, 2270 copies have been downloaded.
