Hi Guys,

I'm out of an episode about 4 weeks now. Bar the psychological scars i'm doing good :D

The consultant I went to has put me on -

Magnesium 375
Riboflavin 400
Omega 3 (high dosage)

per day

He suggested this before i mentioned the research that had been done on cluster headaches.

What are your thoughts on the above ? I dont see D3 there....... would you suggest i send him a link to the medical info ??

BTW I take D3 every winter for 3 months anyway.. maybe thats why i get good breaks between my episodes

Of course it would be good if you got your Consultant on board.
