Stewart,
I just looked at them on EBay and the “look” fine. If you’re unsure of their quality, I use Healthy Origins (purchased through EBay), 360 capsules for €22, (£19.60), postage free, and they keep the Beast at bay. Peter. |

Hey Stewart.
Good on you for starting this regimen... Be sure to take all the cofactors and drink at least 2.5 liters of water a day. Starting the 12-Day vitamin D3 loading schedule at 50,000 IU/day plus the cofactors is the fastest way to a pain free response. If you've not had a favorable change in your CH patterns by the 4th day on the loading schedule, many CHers have found adding a week to 10 day course of Benadryl (Diphenhydramine HCL) taken at 25 mg every 4 hours throughout the day and at bed time works wonders... Take care and please keep us posted, V/R, Batch |
