Title: Oxygen help Post by Anthony D on Jan 23rd, 2020 at 8:34am
Hello everyone!
I have episodic cluster headaches. I’m currently in a cycle where I get one every night an hour after I fall asleep. I wake up and do Batch’s recommended hyperventilating of oxygen. I have a very nice mask (the one with direct flow - can’t remember the name off hand). I can pretty easily knock out most clusters. However, after falling back asleep I get another cluster one hour after falling asleep. This cycle repeats until in my exhaustion I take a triptan and fall asleep for the rest of the night. I am 100% confident that my cluster is knocked out before I go to bed. Not even a shadow. Anyone else have this? Any suggestions on what to do? By the way, I am on vitamin d regimen and upping my vitamin d to try to help. Thanks in advance! |

Hey, Anthony. Have you had a look at the Oxygen Info section? It's the yellow button on the left has a number of great hints that have many ClusterHeads.

Thank you for the suggestion. I have browsed that section in the past and found it very helpful.
