Title: Looking for D3 Advice after 1 year of regimen
Post by kesslerpamplin on Aug 18th, 2020 at 5:24pm
Hi all, i'm the wife of a Clusterhead. I started him on the D3 Regimen last September and he's gone nearly 1 year without an attack! He's been feeling shadows lately and finally had 3 back to back attacks last night.

This morning, I began reviewing the regimen and realized i've made a mistake. He's been taking Bio Tech D3-50 daily (50,000 IU) for nearly 1 year.

That being said, his doctor ordered lab work this morning to test his Serum 25(OH)D levels.

I feel horrible about this and am hoping I haven't made him resistant to the regimen by taking too much over the last year. Does anyone have experience with a similar situation or a suggestion on how to proceed?

Kessler,

See my email to you.  Have your husband see his PCP/GP for labs of his serum 25(OH)D3, calcium, PTH and Creatinine.

MS patients on the Coimbra protocol take upwards of 60,000 IU/day to 100,000 IU/day vitamin D3 to remain free of multiple sclerosis symptoms with no problems.  Of course they avoid calcium rich foods like all dairy products and any calcium supplements.

Take care and please keep us posted.

V/R, Batch
