Medicare currently does not cover oxygen for CH. It can be difficult to impossible to obtain it without going the welding route. CMS (Medicare) is currently accepting public comment on this issue until September 16th, " Home Use of Oxygen and Home Oxygen Use to Treat Cluster Headaches". Please consider adding your comment to advocate for coverage. This is public information, so keep in mind what you are willing to share.  Here is a link to submit comments by September 16th:
