Actually, it's .25%, or 1/4 of 1%, and of course it's in writing.

Now, if I could get them to write up a promise to be worth $1B, then I'd be stylin'.    Grin

Cisco has always had it's ups and downs. It's a safe bet that at Cisco you would have faced a lay off the minute the market sneezes.
