Woops!  Forgot to put mine!

Tomorrow we're going to a farewell party for my neighbors son who will be going to Afghanistan for about 1.5yrs.  They just had their 5th child, a baby girl, back in April. Sad  He is career Navy and had a choice to either go there, or move to CA.  Seems his wife got to choose. Roll Eyes (long story, ain't goin into it)  Tomorrow evening will be a get together at one of my brother-in-laws house for illegal fireworks, alcohol, fattening foods and I'm sure a good argument or 7...

Saturday Jesse is taking the kids by his Aunt and Uncles and they're tubing down the river.  I'd go, but Ava is too small. Sad  Then that evening is dinner by their house.

I gotta figure out what the heck I'm going to make to eat for each place!  Should be fun. Smiley

"The flag still stands for freedom and they cant take that away"

To bad that freedom does not go for a 20 year old just back from Iraq that lost both legs, here in Massachusetts he needs to be 21 to buy a beer!

Is that wrong or what?

Well, Mel, you're welcome to come to Boise for burgers and illicit fireworks.  My friend Greg is a slow learner.  He's been cited twice, but he's armed like the Taliban again.  Promises to be fun, unless he sets the landscape or the kids on fire.

Oh well.  Guys.  Explosives.  Alcohol.  You know the drill.

Wink

Best,

George

Similar premise back when I was in high school -- you could get drafted but can't drink.  So they lowered the age to 18.
We ruined it for everyone else I guess, hitting the bar for lunch in high school; hell, we made a beer stop on the way to school, creating a pile of empty cans in the back parking lot over eight feet high.  Others tried to compete but ours was the biggest.
  They changed it back.  Sorry.

Beautiful picture, Melissa.      Cougar's a cutie, Mast.

I'm enjoying the peace here at home today.

I''m on the way to the casino in Shreveport with my crazy friend from Houston. Randy Travis is waiting for us to sing the night away. Then I guess we'll do whateer her mouth comes up with -- I told you she's a nut case, but fun... She got here yesterday afternoon and it's been non-stop ever since. She's changed our plans three times and we haven't left the farm yet.. Smiley

Ya'll all have a happy 4th -- of course I'm gonna come back from the casino Rich, but I'll remember all of you..... (even Chuckie)....

Only a week to go till DALLAS>>>>>>

Hugs BD

A great day here. We probably should have been arrested for the pretty good fireworks we touched off. Lots of beer and other things that will kill us too. It was about 65 degrees tonight.....hard to beat that. Hope you all had a great time too.

Well, it was fun tonight up until Ava started screaming bloody murder, so I had Jesse take us home.

Guess she wasn't up to fireworks. Sad
