If and when I receive approval to post the videos by Doctor Goadsby I will then repost. I certainly wouldn't want to piss the man off since he's being so nice to OUCH.

In my enthusiasm and excitement to share I posted prior to obtaining the permission of Dr. Goadsby. I'm awaiting his email address or phone number so that I can do it up all proper.
