Having allergy issues-ok to take meds for that? (Read 1083 times)

TRG CH.com Newbie Offline I Love CH.com! Posts: 16	Having allergy issues-ok to take meds for that? Jul 24^th, 2008 at 8:29am My husband is having a few sinus allergy problems and I don't know if it is ok to take a decongestant/antihistamine while on the topamax/verap.

None of us have the medical skills/authority to give an answer and all it takes is a quick phone call to get an solid information.

Reply #3 - Jul 24^th, 2008 at 3:53pm Quite apart from the possible interactions with verapamil and the appropriateness of any meds for any particular individual, I find that antihistamines tend to help me when in cycle, and I suspect that decongestants make things worse.
