Thank you all. I am heartsick.

She wwas calm the whole time, the drive there, and in the office, and I told her it was time to go night-night. And she relaxed and let me know that "its OK Mommy" My sis gave us a tomato plant branch and she wagged her tail at the scent. She breathd her favorite place on earth as she left cradled in my arms.

We brought her home and Hannah and I together buried her where the garden used to be.

There is just no reward for such grief we endure when we lose such a beloved family member. Our furry/feathered friends are not LIKE family, they ARE family. I'm remembering mine right now, and mourning yours.
