4 weeks is all it took
Aug 2nd, 2008 at 1:26pm

After only 28 days my CH cycle has ended. I can't believe it, as i've never had a cycle end that soon. I did the beer test last night and no CH.

Update on David: Still in ICU. His feeding bag caused an infection and very lucky it has cleared up as they would have had to remove his colon. Feeding has begun once again and he is starting to gain weight and is looking better. He NEEDS energy as whenever the breathing tubes come out he can't keep up. Monday he gets a Trach tube put in which should help his breathing and there will be less chance of infection. Still hopeful that he is going to beat this thing and he sure is one tough guy to keep up with that's happened.

Love,
Bob

Good news all the way around, Blue.

Been thinking of you all and wondering how it's going.

Thanks for checking in, Sweetie.

Sure wish we could do something to make this easier for you all.  At the very least wish we could hug your necks.

Much Love to You All...
Jackie

Thanks, Bob, for letting us know what's going on.  Your boy--and all of you--are still in our thoughts.  Sounds to me as if he's very strong, and I believe his strength and the obvious love of his family will carry him through.

Glad to hear that your cycle has ended.  Sometimes the thing can get shunted aside when you really need to be there--I don't know why.  I'm just glad that it's so.

All the best,

George

God bless and keep David, and give him the strength to do battle against his beast every minute of every day until it's beaten down.

Continued prayers for David.  Wish there was something more we could do for you and your family.

That's good news about your cycle, Blue.  Wishing you a trillion years of PF time.

Hugs
Carol
