dominant sides?

Are lefty's getting hit on the left side? Are righty's getting hit on the right side? Meaning are you left handed and does that correlate with your CH side. Same for the right. just curious Huh

Side of pain appears to be  random assignment by the gods! No clinical importance except if you shift from one-sided to both sides it MAY signal a move to chronic CH.

I am left handed as well as left headed. I now wonder if that correlates with the side of the hypothalamus that has abnormal grey matter growth? I am sure we all have these wonderful questions bouncing around. At least I hope so. Cheesy

Right handed...left headed

That sounds weird. Maybe if I hold my right hand on my left side of the head the clusters will stop?!?!?!  Smiley

Right handed, left headed.  One more thing, my left eye is very dominant.  Has anyone noticed if they get hit on the same side as their dominant eye?  Some things that require focus, like shooting a gun, I will do with my left hand.

Right-handed and left-headed.  Right-eye dominant.  Have never gotten hit on the right--ever.

Best,

Right handed, right headed, left eye dominant. Weird though, my left eye twitches while in cycle.  Never pain on the left though.

Right handed, Left side is where I get my hits.

As far as I'm concerned, cluster busting has been the best treatment I've tried. No migraines since I started it, and my hits have gotten so much better. Wanna know more?

Right and right. No idea which of my eyes is dominant, if either is.

Interestingly, after many CH years and then a 4 year break, in my recent 2 1/2 month cycle it was of course right side per usual. Until one weekend when everything shifted to the left. Just for a couple of days. This I found ominous, especially in light of Bob's comment about side-shifting possibly presaging a chronic condition. Here's to the 'MAY'....

Right handed, usually left headed, and right eye dominant. And I am a hunter/shooter, so my right eye is VERY dominant.

Good question Angela. I'm sure someone will answer it intelligently. Far as I'm concerned both my eyes work equally well.... or poorly. I still can't see in the dark, through walls or terribly well underwater, for instance.

Haha David, love reading your posts. They always seem to make me crack a smile or laugh out loud.

I am righthanded, and my clusterside is right. But when I was in the military, I used to aim with my left eye. So now I am confused about what my dominant eye is. They seem to work equally as far as depth is concerned. And I work with my eyes.

Pascal.

i called my husband and asked him the dominate eye question, he said (in theory) "the side you turn to first....to look behind you".

doesn't quite make sense to me... Huh

Hmm... that presents a real dilemma for me then, Angela. Since I'm doing that every few seconds.
