There is a cure for chocoholism..

.. I'm not particularly keen on the brown stuff as alot of you know - I eat a little occasionally but like pizza, a little goes a looong way for me!

I was just reading through a cookery book of Pauls however and I found a cooks tip that made me sick - literally!

It said - if you're halfway through a recipe and find you haven't enough chocolate you can substitute one tablespoon of cocoa powder and three tablespoons of shortening, liquid or solid.

The idea of all that fat mixed with cocoa powder being an equivalent for chocolate is.. oh heck I feel sick again!

Seriously - after reading that how can anyone fancy it?! Ugh!
