What's For Dinner Tonight?
Aug 15th, 2008 at 6:35pm

We are having Angie's no-name chicken thing she does that is so good and corn on the cob from a local farmer.

Want a pic after she cooks it? I will.  Grin

I have no clue as to what I'm eating tonight.  Maybe steak.  Jesse's taking me out to dinner.  He always asks me where I want to go, but frankly, I really don't care.  Eating lately has gotten old. Sad

Oh, BTW Barry, yes I'd like a pic, LOL.

Sorry Mel. As you can see I am not a big eater. Just it has been a week since I have had one of Angie's home cooked meals, as we have been on the road all week mountain biking on our holidays so no BBQ"s or home cooked meals. Miss them for sure.

Made lasagne today. Must be my all time favourite food, only takes so damn long to produce..... letting yourself grow hungry more and more while baking the minced meat, seasoning it, making the sauce.
Then wait for 45 minutes while it's in the oven, growing even more hungry......o well, it's saturday, I have the time.

For now, I'll move outside with a beer and enjoy the summer, while listening to AC/DC and Nashville P-ssy.

Pascal, in the mood for lasagne, rock 'n roll and sun. There, I said it  Cheesy.

I guess I thought there was a law about whaling or killing  an endagered species or something.   Actually I don't like the thought of eating Bambi either.  Because Potter needs to survive...I will eat beef though.  Grin

Grilled country pork ribs, with a bourbon based sauce, home fried potatoes, corn on the cob - grilled,  sweet Vidalia onions - grilled, tossed salad of romaine, red & green bell peppers, fresh tomatoes, feta cheese, crutons, celery, onions, and anything else that might be in the fridge, with a raspberry vinagarette dressing.

And for dessert....

KLONDIKE BARS!   Cheesy

Nope, the Norwegians are very conscious about their whale delicatesses.

Gotta love 'em for being pigheaded.
