The whole thing went shit and they did a c-section last night.  She's fine and the little boy is fine.  Six pounds eight ounces and 19 long.  Thanks guys and gals.

Good to hear that the endurance test is over, one way or the other.  Very glad to hear that everyone's okay.

Hope the little guy's not always going to be so much trouble.   Wink

All the best,

George

Thank God they are they are both OK.  I am so glad for modern technology and good surgeons!!  If it wasn't for that, there'd be so many of us dead.

Hope the recovery is uneventful for sure!!!  Congrats on the little one! Smiley

Welcome to the world Jacob Eugene, you have everyone's full attention little man! Poor old mummy has been through the mill and I think you're grandad has been pretty worried himself, no doubt he'll make a funny story of it one day when he takes you fishin'!

You don't know it yet but you're a very lucky little boy. You have two hero's that I know of in your family and probably a lot more.

Grandad gave his arm to make this country somewhere great for you to be a citizen of and mummy showed strength, determination and resilience as well as completely unconditional love in giving birth to you. You're a lucky boy, loved, wanted and with the very best of role models.

I hope your life is always so blessed

lots of love
