I agree - but it keeps peace in the house. Covered in BBQ sauce they're edible.

I have a wedding this weekend in beautiful downtown Oshkosh, Wi.

I had a choice of chicken or STEAK. Where's the A1 sauce? Wink

Isn't chicken like an appetizer or something? Cheesy

To much of a pain in the ass for me, although charcoal grilling has lots of positives.

This guy does all his cooking with charcoal and you can see all of the positives in his videos.

1 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 cup vegt oil

Float your meat (pork or chicken) in that for 24 hours and start grill'in.

Its so good I have it twice a week....LOL.

It rained all day here and Angie had to work until 5:00pm so we opted for a take out pizza, not worthy of a pic though.

Jonny, I wish I was having dinner at your place, that looks sooooo good! Wink

Tonight it will be Ostrich steaks.

Tomorrow probably Bison T-Bones

Wednesday I'm thinking Swordfish.

Ok - so it goes against the "Whats on the grill this weekend" theme, but I'm sure you can deal with it.

What does ostrich taste like?  What kind of texture does it have?  I've never been brave enough to try it.  Which is strange because my dad was Italian and we ate some pretty weird stuff growing up.

The dark meat has a steak texture. Taste is difficult to describe.  Kind of a cross between duck, beef and lamb. Not at all gamey.  Grills like a sirloin steak.
