1 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 cup vegt oil

2 Tsp garlic powder

1 Tsp basil

1 Tsp pepper

Float your meat (pork or chicken) in that for 24 hours and start grill'in.

Its so good I have it twice a week....LOL.
