It is in fact hilarious. About a block from my house is a park. it has the usual swings, slides etc that you would expect from a park with the inclusion of one of these frisbee....ah,,,um....not sure what to call them. I sat and watched these fanatics. Bored was the first word that came to mind.

Some immigrant groups do it too. My Swedish friends and relatives laugh about it. They love to talk about the strange Swedish foods found around here, especially around the holidays, and that uncle Svenn found almost as cold and snowy place as Sweden. Not all groups put up with that and I suppose religious intolerance has something to do with it. Swedes over here, anyway, aren't all that noisy about their faith.

It is funny stuff in any event and believe me, I'm not exaggerating the story about Jamestown Swedes. Garrison Keillor's stories about Scandinavians are right on target here.
