I've said this before but I pick out a couple of issues to vote for. It may seem simplistic but it's me. Another thing to consider is if you are interested in say gay rights; especially marriage, you have little choice. On that, I still think it's nuts to bring that up just before elections. And if you're concerned about your Medicare (I am) then you'd best check WHO is gonna mess with that. I'm a lot more concerned about that than I am about abortion.

By this I mean - healthcare, abortion, gay rights, gun control, social security or medicare. The real ISSUE is how corrupt and out of touch or government is.

Not much news there, you know. At least we get a chance to "trow da bums out" now and then. Once in awhile a good one will stick for a few years. For the most part, everybody thinks that their own Congressmen are pretty good though. That's not true with Mayors or city councilmen. Interesting.
