Due to your performance in the last (insert time in office) I have developed a performance improvement plan to help your performance level as my (tax) paid employee.

1)      Prior to any vote on any bill presented to you, you WILL henceforth make available publically all information in regards to said bill to include

a)      the primary purpose of said bill
b)      all “pork” subjects included within said bill
    
2)      You will make available to all your employers (taxpayers who you represent, and who pay your wages and benefits) an open forum to give input and actually tally’s so that your vote will accurately reflect the majority opinion of your employers.

These actions are to taken by you immediately.  Failure to do so will result in your dismissal by a majority vote at the end of this term.
