44 percent of the federal expenditure is for foreign aid! What will that waste do for us?

Let’s see; the majority goes to fund Israel, Egypt and Syria.

We are funding the Armageddon war and no one blinks an eye.

Imagine what this money could do to improve our future generations.

My son has a theory on this one.... He bought an economy car and prices "immediately" began to drop and haven't stopped.

He thinks he is the cause and said everyone can send HIM all the savings they're experiencing (or a portion thereof) or he'll go back to his "gas-guzzler" and you KNOW what will happen then. The CHOICE is yours.... Hey... I'm just the messenger..... I gave him MY donation

I don't know about any of you, but it's not that hard to spend $100 on groceries with the prices the way they are.

I've been saying this for a looooong time. A larger piece of our budget goes to groceries than gas. Back when I drove 30-40K miles per year that wouldn't have been true, but I would venture a guess that it's true for the "average" American driving 15K miles per year.

Sure, it’s obvious that transportation costs drive up other costs, but more of my hard earned money goes to food and basic supplies than gasoline on a monthly basis – and I’m betting that food costs won’t drop like gas has………… I'll bet it's those evil produce farmers making obscene profits

At least in many cases this is so. You know....I want the old time "price per pound" back. Sometimes (like tonight) I only want a single carrot. (Made a batch of chix noodle soup) No need for a 2 lb. bag, just want 1 thanks. But Nooooooo if I want ca carrot I have to buy a 1 or 2 lb bag. Or it's priced in the organic sectrion by the 'bunch". Well I only need 1 thank you very kindly, not an entire bunch.
