Obama Lawsuit
Oct 22nd, 2008 at 10:35pm

Barak Obama is being sued by a Democratic lawyer and former Deputy Attorney General for PA and former Democratic candidate for Governor of PA to force him to release his birth certificate to prove that he is a natural born US citizen.  He claims Obama was actually born in Nigeria, and also that he became an Indonesian citizen when his stepfather took him to Indonesia and put him in school there.  Obama is refusing to release any of these documents.

Here is an interesting video interview with the attorney.  Is he right?  I have no idea, nor am I insinuating one.  I just find it interesting that Obama won't produce documentation like John McCain did concerning his birth to a US Navy officer in Panama.  Watch the video and give your thoughts.  (Not a diatribe, just your thoughts on the case before the judge.)

Jerry, I've read a shitload about Berg, and it seems he is a loon. (from what I've gathered)

Why would a lawsuit have to be filed here??  Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login or Register

Seems like this clown would need some sort of evidence to file a lawsuit since the birth certificate is posted online.

Either way, it would be interesting if Obama claimed citizenship of another country at any point of his life but the chance of that being true is slimmer than slim.

Particularly interesting is the fact that his birth announcement is present in archived copies of the "Honolulu Advertiser".

Factcheck.org tries to look unbiased.  Ironically,

Quote:
The fact is, the ANNENBERG Public Policy Center (APPC), the sponsoring agency behind FastCheck.org, is itself supported by the same foundation, the ANNENBERG FOUNDATION, that Bill Ayers secured the 49.2 million dollars from to create the Chicago ANNENBERG Challenge “philanthropic” organization in which Barack Obama was the founding Chairman of the Board for and Ayers served as the grant writer of and co-Chair of for its two operating arms.

I don't care if Barack is from Mars... my problem with him is he is a liar who refuses to address any of the legitimate questions being asked about his policies, and he is selling the American voter a bill of goods, and the average American voter is dumb enough to believe the shit he is slinging.  But hey, I guess that makes me a hater and a racist.

The certificate was probably printed mush more recently.  Not many people have copied of their birth certificate hanging around (at least those over the age of 30)

I have mine and can produce it readily.  I also have my seal copies of marriage and divorce certificates, as well as my passport etc.

I keep it all in a fire safe box that is commonly known as the life in a bag.

I'm over 30, does that make me an oddity?  I learned to do just that from my parents, and their parents, whose birth certificates (of those who have passed) we still have.

Clark also has all his documents, as well as his parents (both passed) birth certificates and death certificates.

I always thought it a sort of personal responsibility thing, make sure you have your papers in order, no matter what happens, the hell with the clean underwear Wink

And if I had access to millions of dollars to run ads on TV, I sure as hell would be able to send the required fee to have a sealed copy of my birth certificate, or any other certificate, produced for anyone who wanted to see it should I be in a position of coveting the lovely white house in DC.

I suspect that Berg's case against Obama will get as far as the case he filed against Bush and Cheney for planning and carrying out 9/11.

But he did have some good evidence ... like the fact that the English version of Wikipedia had a slightly different account of Obama's early life than the Italian version of Wikipedia - if that's not proof of something, then what is??

Please Email FactCheck.org with these questions:

1. Why are they referring to a certificate of live birth as a "Birth Certificate".

2. Is this the short form or long form birth certificate?

3. If this is the short form, then where is the long form. (They quote the Obama campaign as saying they requested all the documents available).

4. Why didn't Barack Obama have a copy of his birth certificate before 2007?

5. Has Obama ever been required to produce a birth certificate prior to 2008?

Email address is: Editor@FactCheck.org

NEXT:

At the bottom of factcheck.org it says clearly "The Annenberg Public Policy Center.

Obama AND Ayers sat on their board. Factcheck.org is an Anenberg group that is directly related to Obama. Wink

Sadly........and it's stunning....it turns out that the biggest lie comes from John McCain when he says that he's confident that Palin is qualified. It's killing his campaign.....at the moment. We'll see after her deposition

That was a perfectly Obama reply

1) Has nothing to do with the question at all
2) Tries to misdirect the attention to some other BS

We will really dodge a bullet if Obama wins as with McCain's health history, Palin might become a President even more incompetent that Bush...and that's saying something.....probably nicer but horribly inept according to a lot of Republicans.

Still not related to the question, and still misdirecting.  This is exactly what you get from any and every pro-Obama person that is asked anything about Obama...

Seriously, watch any channel, PBS, ABC, FOX, MSNBC... doesn't matter.  Listen to ANY Obama supporter.   Find me any one of them that oesn't simply recite talking points.  Find me ONE that answers a single question about Obama.

This is the strategy, and it will work.

Charlie, my friend, ( and I do consider you a very valued friend) why do you have such hatred for Bush?  Every time something comes up of a political nature you can be counted on to demonstrate a kneejerk polemic against George Bush.

You say Palin is"probably nicer but horribly inept according to a lot of Republicans."  Please define a "lot".  I know a "lot" of republicans, and even quite a few (few being defined by Webster as "more than one or two, but not many") democrats who hold her in high regard.

It is time to quit the empty political buzz words and be substantive.

Now the same 'loon' says he has a tape of the grandma admitting Obama was born in Kenya.  He says he is going to release the tape in a couple of days.  I guess this was on Savage Nation, although I didn't hear it.  I kind of doubt the tape exists, since he would have produced that right away.  I can't think of any legitimate reason to withhold it at all if he really has it.

Anyway... should make it interesting if a tape like that comes out.

They've had 2 years to find out where BOTH candidates were born and IF they were qualified to run for President. They've both been PROVEN to have been born in the RIGHT places to be elgible (there was some questions about McCain being born in Panama, but that was quashed almost two years ago). It's a dead horse at this late date!

Barb is right. The idea that the DNC or the RNC would let something like that slip by is absurd.

Also; nothing like relying on Savage for objective journalism. If you're asking if I believe that most media favors Obama; absolutey. If the reasons aren't obvious, you need help. The biggest is that it's one helluva story. They liked the old McCain, not the thing he has been running as. The press always favor Democrats since McCarthy. and of course Nixon.

Why do I hate Bush? Torture, Constitution shredding, domestic surveillence, appointments by religious litmus tests and of course the moronic statement of his: "The jury is still out on evolution." Thiat in itself may not be enough but it says a lot about him and his disdain for science which he displays every day. Never in my life did I believe that an American President would would ctually say that about evolution. It's stunning.

More to come of course.

Yeah, I guess any question that hasn't been answered yet (like, oh all of them) is off limts now because they haven't got answers yet?  That's a great strategy there.

Obama tactic #1, attack the messenger.   Roll Eyes

Obama tactic #2, don't forget to mention how much you hate Bush

Obama tactic #3, if the enemy is on to anything substantive, bring up something stupid Bush did that has fuckall to do with the question

Got your bases covered Charlie.  Good robot.

Since I don't listen to, and didn't hear the Savage report, I can't be accused of 'relying' on him for objective journalism.
