So Obama is now saying that he knows he wont be able to deliver on his agenda.  Isn't he saying that he is lying when he presents an agenda he ALREADY knows he wont deliver on.

To me, it's scary that a guy can actually say one thing and the same day say he knows he wont be able to deliver.  And this is from the guy who SHOULD have congress on his side.  To me a guy who promises things that he KNOWINGLY cant deliver despite congressional majority support is frightening.
