The election will be over soon. I think everyone is worried if their candidate will win. Everyone is on edge these days.
I saw this on another site I thought it was a good thought. It might help here. Here is the post !
"Come on, people, say something good about YOUR candidates - not something bad about the others! Think positive when supporting YOUR candidates - instead of going negative and nasty. If the strongest thing you have to say in support of your candidate is something nasty about the other candidate, then you need to examine your choices. "

Just a thought, discussion is good to help clear peoples minds. Keep it clean and to the issue without personal attacks on members.
