Black and White Photography

Not everyone loves B&W photos like I do, but here is one that I like. Computer monitors don't render B&W very well, but it's stunning when you see it in person. Printed 22" wide on Endura Metallic paper – the whites appear sort of a shimmery pearlescent silver.

One of the marvels of using digital or computer enhancement is that you can really tweek the pictures that are B&W with just adjusting the contrast or brightness! You have a good eye Brother! John

I am a big fan of B&W. It has the ability to instil a mood which color just cannot convey. It also gives a contrast which color can't even touch. Don't stop posting pics!!!! -P.

That is really neat. Margi posted a picture one time of her grandchild in the fathers hand. It was beautiful. The black and white pictures really stay in my mind better.
