I used to think that walking up the stairs in the house or going to get the mail up the hill 5 houses up was excersise enough, however, I decided recently to start using my treadmill again. Whew was that thing dusty... Roll Eyes

Anyways, did 5 minutes the first time and thought I was going to faint and end up in a coma. I'm up to 15 minutes now and doing well. Trying to keep the heart strong you know?

I have been doing "Maria's Version" of workout 3 times a week though - light yoga, crunches, and some leg work that works out the muscles of my lower stomach, I do lift weights for my flabby arms (or as I call them - my wings). Then I walk the dog around my block a couple of times.

Gordon says i'm perfect the way I am and that I don't need to work out - bless that man and may he always be blinded by love.

And Lastly, Once a week I treat myself to my favorite dessert - a donut!
