Thanks for all your replys on this topic. Since i posted it i have been sacked from my employer and is currently with the tribunal. i can't say too much at the moment but all papers from both sides have been submitted and now waiting for a response from tribunal to set a date for the hearing, fingers crossed they get what they deserve
