Very sad indeed. Cry Our prayers go out to all the victims and their loved ones, and to the one's still held captive.

Agreed!

The only problem is that there are plenty more where they came from............ a seemingly endless supply.

I keep imagining the horror of it over and over again in my mind, what those people must have felt, it's just so awful. So beyond endurance.

God help them please. I can't bear this.

God bless our troops too and thank God for our police, firemen, ambulance staff, dispatchers - everyone who keeps us safe.

As moronic as terrorists can be, this whole thing will probably be about the city's name change a few years back

As infuriating as that sounds it's probably true. Hatred needs so little reason it seems. Cry

Terrorists preying on the unsuspecting and innocent tourists in the twisted reasoning that they are making a political difference....

Such a tragedy,

Why?

Mumbai was to replace the name the colonial name of Bombay with one which fitted  the culture and religion better as it comes from a goddess's name. I thought, though may be very wrong, that is was the name Bombay which was a problem

This is such a tragedy.  I swear the whole world is turning meaner and more crazy by the day.

An 'almost' relative was to fly home today for Thanksgiving.  He's not allowed to say exactly what he does or who he works for in Washington but we all think it's the CIA.  Anyway....he was called to his 'job' yesterday and of course didn't make it home.  He's still 'working' and hasn't been home since shortly after this incident began.  I'm sure curious.  I do know that he was scheduled to go to India for several weeks in right after the first of the year.

Sickens me to death, all the hatred against innocent tourists and basically anyone who's not in their team.
Religion of peace my a$$ (sorry if I offend anyone, not my intention).

The world is becoming a scary place more and more and it makes me, at times, feel things I didn't know I was capable off.

Sad, angry, resentful....Pascal.

It would be good to play catch up on this story over time rather than stay glued to the tv, but alas, it's hard not to gawk at this horror. It's a good thing to follow in newspapers as well. The delay is helpful. It's impossible to not watch this thing. Whoda thought we'd ever have such access to such terrible stuff?

Good one Kirk!

I wonder if the “American imperialists” and the “Zionist terrorists” will be the ones to blame for this madness….. and wonder how the world will react to this, to savage in the name of pure hat rage, in the name of what? GOD (?).
I believe the war against terrorism is way from being over, we as “westerners” mainly Americans Brits and Israelis are being targeted for believing in freedom, in the democratic / free way of life, but what do I know, I don’t believe in god, I believe in the right to believe……

Americans, Brits and Jews definitely were being targeted, not Westerners generally. Am unsure what the commonality is between the three as it can't be religion.

Nearly 200 dead now and at least 200 Westerners injured.

Horrific

It's blind hatred like rabid dogs. Sure, you can search for a cause and cure - but the answers won't make sense to us because we are not seeing the world through their eyes. People who act like rabid animals should be treated as such.
