Sunday night it was on the Western horizon. I was driving from Pismo to San Jose. It was mesmerizing to look at. I called my wife and had her go outside to look at it too. It was like you could get a real sense of spacial distance because everything was arranged so nicely, big moon, Venus big and bright, Jupiter just as bright but looking farther away. It was cool to think of the planetary system being all laid out so neatly.
