Hello

Hi everyone,  My name is Tim. I was first diagnosed with cluster headaches when I was 18 years old.  I've been dealing with these "demons" now for more the 10 years. It's very comforting to know that there is a support group for people like me. I'm actually excited to know i can talk to someone now and they truly understand what these headaches are really like..  Finally.   I know that this is far from a cure and I'm still going to have to deal with this but instead of crying because of these headaches, I have tears because i found you guys.
Thank you.
Tim

Hi Tim,

Welcome to the board. You will find a wealth of information here for you. My biggest recommendation is to read, read and read. There are some links on the left which are a good place to start.

Tell us a bit more about yourself. What do you currently take for your CH?

Wish you didn't have to be here, Tim, but we're glad you found your way.

Many of us shed tears when finding this place.  Just to finally have found a place where people understand the pain.

People who are ready and willing to talk about where you've been in your treatments in the past, as the collective newest and and most effective treatment options are discussed here before they even get into print in the medical journals.

We have a plethoa of information, support, and extra rope for you im.

Welcome aboard.

Welcome to the family Tim.

Some of us are finding out that hormone imbalance can play a significant role in some peoples clusters.

Oxygen is still the first line of defence in aborting an incoming cluster headache.

Talk to your doctor about both of these.
