As far as I'm concerned, cluster busting has been the best treatment I've tried. No migraines since I started it, and my hits have gotten so much better. Wanna know more?

Well I can say that only once (one single time) that I have had sex with the beast coming on, which, let me tell you is extremely difficult to attempt depending on the level of pain, did it instantly stop the pain. In fact most of the time the pain gets worse as I try to finish and I give up, rolling over and covering my eyes until the pain goes away.

I AM a rightie too. I just noticed (and bought, for 5 bucks) a homeopathic that says it is for stabbing headaches on the left (alas) side. It is called Thuja.
BUT, more to the point, when I have CH. when I drive a car I don't get hit with headaches. I have called it some sort of survival mechanism: my body doesn't have me on the freeway,  getting a searing pain, me pounding my head on the dash and whipping off the road. Perhaps excitement is an outer distraction to PAIN... LOVE, Daniel

Thanks for sharing your solutions. I apologize for those that may dismiss some of your remedies.
