A social problem is defined as a condition that undermines the wellbeing of some or all members of a society and is usually controversial.
What do you think the 3 biggest problems facing the US today are?
Mine are: dysfunctional government, individual apathy, and global discontent with America

Governmental Corruption, Overpopulation, Social Engineering (through gov't coerced education)

The mainstream media is the single biggest problem in this country.

Without real, honest & complete information, people are making uninformed decisions that have long reaching impacts on their lives and they don't even realize it.

2. Individual sense of entitlement
3. Seeing social elites not being held to same consequences as the general public.

Greed...fits in with corruption too.
