"GRAND-PA" Powders
Jan 23rd, 2009 at 2:12pm

...just something ive found that works for me if i get the beast in time is a "headache powder" here in South Africa called "Grand-pa".  Basically they come in a box with 10 small packs and each pack contains: 453,6mg Aspirin, 64,8mg Caffeine and 324mg paracetamol.

I found because it is in a powder form it gets into your system quicker and can stop an attach within 15min but its rather heavy on the stomach so you need to eat something, i always have something ready...

Ouch! Not sure what the last med is but I can sure see why it rocks the tummy a bit! I can't remember from your other posts, do you have 02 yet? Much easier on my tummy then any of the meds ever were.  WinkGlad you found another arrow for your CH quiver. Can never have too many back ups!

Was curious about the paracetamol.  From what I found it's the same as acetaminophen/Tylenol.

That sounds like the same mix that is in Excedrin Migraine, but that's a pill not a powder.  I know for that can help with the very low level shadows for me.

Crossing my fingers and knocking on wood the 02 works as well for you as it has for me. Been an absolute life saver. Hang in there.
