Landscape pictures are beautiful....upside down or right side up.   Smiley I like the 'kitty eyes' too.

Give that man a kewpie doll!  Steve, you are correct!

Mardis Gras starts here tomorrow.  Tomorrow afternoon, they have the Krewe of Paws parade (yes, I said paws).  Last year they even had a rooster and a pig in the parade.  So, guess where I'll be tomorrow afternoon.  I'd love to go tomorrow night and take pics of the real parade, but if I can get in the back of a pickup truck, I don't want to risk getting either of my cameras broken.

Every time I see your photos, I'm struck by what an eye you have.  Balance and composition, shade and light.

My only real artistic talent is in the kitchen...so I love seeing all the things you and others can do through the lens.
