Its been four days without a full blown cluster. Slight tingles here and there, a few scares. But nothing that even hit the 3 scale.
I have been taking regualr redbulls, and have taurine supp. coming in the mail. Even dipped back into the Spiced Rum I missed so much over the last few weeks. I hope...really really hope. I broke a cycle! Thanks to all the input guys! The water x3 has also helped in the beginning. Now, maybe in a few weeks, I will try some brown sugar...oh the world awaits! Grin
