This dude gets it. How many people turn around and give 6% of his net sale to the people who worked hard for him? Not many. I know 6% sounds low but that is pretax net amount and a serious amount of cash with no real reason to do it.

Also, he didn't even show up at the bank to hand them out. He just did it without press, without fanfare, and without getting the joy of seeing the smiles he created.

Very inspiring!!!!!

By the way read the entire article..... it only gets better and better. He even tracked down retirees and former employees.
